A good place to start is to browse the web.  Check out ideas for navigation systems, designs you like and features you think might be useful.  Take notes about what you like about them.  It’s also a good idea to check out your competitor’s websites, in case you have forgotten something!

Talk to your clients

It is important to build a website that your clients will keep coming back to. We suggest you chat to them about what information they would like to be able to access online.
